Finally getting round to reporting back about the special oil cleanser you brewed up for me to help clean up my oily skin.

 

Initially I felt worried that my oily skin would break out, but not a single pimple appeared!! I have always been a plain soap and water cleanser girl (my excuse “I don't have the time” but the oil cleanser is so simple to use – only takes a few seconds longer than soap and water and the benefits are huge) It has been quite a big change for me! and has taken me a while to get used to using it everyday - but more and more its becoming a regular part of my routine.

I have been using it for a couple of months now and I have hardly any blackheads left (my nose chin and forehead are usually covered in them). I know you said that the oil will gently dissolve the blackheads, but I had to try it to believe you... you were of course right!  My skin feels so soft and yummy after a cleanse that I don't need any moisturiser.  I’m sure it must be really great anti wrinkle stuff – my skin is so soft and clear... the other thing I love is that the bottle is glass and I can bring it back for refilling so its very sustainable as well.

I've been meaning to email you since my massage on Friday!  Thank you again so much.  It's not until I get out to the car and see the time that I realise that - again - you have been very generous with your time and I've had a longer than scheduled massage.  It's so good the time just goes so fast!

 

And since you asked how I was the next day - and I had forgotten really - that yes next day a bit sore and day after that too.  Mostly just the leg - thigh and groin areas - but all good.  When I got home Friday I did notice as I went upstairs that it was with more ease than usual!  Went for a walk before breakfast both Saturday and Sunday mornings - keeping everything moving - and wrapped up for the cold etc - all good - except that I got wet on Saturday - but just at the end of my walk - home to a hot shower did the trick... Love it...
